Gianluca starts his career in 2014 as a Graphic Designer and Illustrator. Born and raised in Lecce, after his studies in Product Design in Milan he starts working for different creative agencies in New York, Milan and London, until he reaches positions as an art director of branding and ADV projects with clients like Astrazeneca, Torino FC and WHO. After 10 years, in 2019 he goes back to Lecce to found Fait Studio, betting on a dream that he has always had and that today he has turned into reality.

Graduated in Graphic Design at the Fine Arts Academy in Lecce, Lorenzo develops a solid experience as a Graphic Designer working for different agencies between Lecce and Naples, focusing on editorial design, branding and social media content, with clients such International Naples Airport. In 2021 he decides to go back to Lecce and to start his experience with Fait Studio, where he has reached a senior level in his field.

From Salento and with a Enterprises’ Management & Communication Graduation in Milan, in 2025 Elisa starts her curriculum with a public relations’ agency, then switching to fields like influencer marketing and social media strategy. She has worked for Converse, Desigual and Castañer. From 2021 she’s part of Fait Studio, where she directs management and content development of each followed profile.
